Ascend Strategy Co. grew out of years of working at the intersection of growth and operations within technical and consulting organizations. Over time, I started noticing the same pattern: talented people and strong businesses hitting walls not because they lacked ability, but because their strategy wasn’t aligned with where they were trying to go.

I’ve helped organizations sharpen their go-to-market strategy, build revenue engines that scale, and bring structure to fast-moving growth. I’ve also coached high-performing professionals through career transitions, leadership stretches, and those moments when you know you're ready for more but haven’t yet defined exactly what that looks like.
